We will find users with the requested skills and behavioural patterns and ask in-depth questions. This way we discover specific information and subjective opinions based on the experience of using the product. Depending on your needs the interviews can either follow a predefined list of items (structured interviews) and/or may allow users to provide their views freely (unstructured).
The interviews can take place virtually anywhere – in our dedicated user testing lab, your offices or in people's natural environment – at home or at work. Interviews can be conducted in any phase of development with or without access to a product – get validation for your ideas or feedback about your product.
