International Usability Testing

ExperienceU offers comprehensive usability testing services. Our team consists of professionals from various fields with many years’ experience in User Research and User Experience. Our credo is high quality of service consistent with the standards of UXAlliance, an international association of usability and user research agencies. We are the sole member from the Czech Republic.

Full Service

As your partner, we will perform all the subtasks of your project in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, including:

• the translation and localization of test and recruitment materials
• the recruitment of participants
• the implementation of the study itself
• an evaluation of the study
• the production of video recordings
• the preparation of a research report in Czech or English

Experience

We work with international agencies on one-off and periodic testing for large corporations. Our test results and research reports are presented in the Czech Republic and abroad in Czech and English.

Usability Lab

Our lab is located in downtown Prague, 25 minutes from Prague International Airport. It is equipped with modern recording technology. It goes without saying that the usability lab includes a separate room for observers. Foreign clients can enjoy the services of a professional simultaneous interpreter, who translates into headsets from a separate booth. We can also arrange for foreign observers to stay in one of the hotels near to our facilities.
