Adam is a key member of the ExperienceU team. He takes care to ensure that our clients’ websites provide users with the information they seek both quickly and accurately. One word: usability. More words: user interface design, information architecture, usability testing, interaction design, etc. He will design a clear site which visitors will love.  He is responsible for usability training.

Martin's professional path in the information technology passed the way from networking, application software, multimedia solutions to rich internet  applications and to the area of ​​UX. He is Adobe Certified Instructor. In addition to his product specialization he is regularly engaged in consultative business processes for corporate customers. In our team Martin is responsible for business development, communication with clients and international partners.

Helena is focused on UX methodology. She is participating in the implementation of user testing and in research activities and also in web design. She has extensive practical experience with internet marketing from her previous work not only in Dobry Web Company. She studied marketing management at the Faculty of Economics and Life Sciences in Prague.

Jan expertise is mainly focused on user testing and usability analysis processing.  He is also responsible for preparation of tender documents and where web design matters. These are the main areas that Jan is contributing to our team. From his previous activities he is sharing his practical knowledge about web trends and the best practices relevant to this area. He created a number of successful web sites from the commercial and public sector. One of his favourite authoring tools is Axure and he is running site for Axure game enthusiasts:  http://www.axuregames.com/.

Antonín specializes in designing user interfaces of websites and applications for intranets and mobile phones. All this from scratch – from the logical structure layout to the final and skillfully detailed graphical version. Always accentuating simplicity, user affability and high-quality design, tapping into the latest developments of this branch.

Antonín has long-term experience as a graphic designer, a web designer, a UX/UI specialist as well as an expert consultant and a lecturer of specialized courses. During his career he has had a chance to work on projects not only for smaller companies and traders but also for great e-commerce subjects and Czech media and Internet agencies

Nikola is gaining and enhancing her knowledge in ExperienceU under the leadership of her more experienced colleagues in the position of a UX specialist. She works on user interface designs, user testing and applicability research. She is also interested in copywriting and education in IT.

Nikola studied a branch of Services – Research, Managment and Innovations at the Faculty of Informatics of the Masaryk University. She has undergone a half-year study stay at the University of Vienna focused on service-oriented economics and IT management.

Miroslav is responsible for the planning of internal and external projects that use the capacity of the delivery team. He was in charge of IT projects for some length of time during his employment for the French Press Agency. He devotes his time to web marketing which he started to like during his studies at The University of Finance and Administration. He is very enthusiastic about the iOS platform for mobiles, he regularly publishes popular instructive articles on his website.

Zuzka cares primarily about the development of activities related to the recruitment of participants of  the user testing or quantitative research. Zuzka is a guarantee that our UX Lab is ready to provide the best level of support for our clients and partner agencies. She has extensive experience in training and customer care.
Zuzka graduated from the Faculty of Education, Computer Science - Informatics. In her spare time she is devoted to children (and not only her own).

Jiří is in charge of the EperienceU delivery team. He is responsible for the clients' satisfaction with the finished work and given results as well as the high professional standard of co-operation. He manages, creates and implements key projects for our main clients. 

Jiří has long-lasting experience with online marketing and successful redesigns. A redesign of a O2 website O2.cz managed by Jiří brought about outstanding commercial results, higher level of satisfaction of customers and last but not least the very first place in the WebTop100 competition. For the LMC company, he initiated the implementation of principles of user affability, for which he lead and developed a team of UX specialists, researchers and designers. As an independent consultant, he has gathered a large amount of experience with user approach and the production of digital strategies for complex online projects.

Luboš is the Managing Director of ExperienceU. He is the author of a book called Budování úspěšného firemního webu  (Building a Successful Corporate Website) as well as a co-author of another book called Uživatelsky přívětivá rozhraní (User-Friendly Interfaces). He has successfully co-operated in the area of digital marketing with dozens of clients and client companies of all spheres and sizes. He himself has created a number of prosperous e-shops where he was also responsible for their web promotion and further development for some years. Furthermore, Luboš is the chairman of the Asociace UX, which is a citizen association targeted at user experience.

Luboš is the holder of the title Google Analytics Individual Qualification which he obtained among the first candidates in the Czech Republic. He is actively interested in all other aspects of a high-quality, prosperous website.
